About these Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions "we" and "us" mean RC Decals and "you" means you the customer. These terms and conditions together with your decal, sticker, and vinyl Order Confirmation constitute the Contract between us and you for the supply of Products and Services. No other terms and conditions shall apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

 

Placing Your Order

By placing a decal, sticker, vinyl Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion.

If we accept your Order, we will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an Order Confirmation. We will send your Order Confirmation to you by e-mail provided you have indicated an e-mail address on your Order Form. Otherwise we will send the Order Confirmation by post. The Order Confirmation will be effective on sending. If we cannot accept your Order we will attempt to contact you by email or telephone or post.

Artwork

​

RC Decals will not be held responsible for sub-standard printing, pixilation or other printing defects relating to you failing to follow our requirements or submitting artwork that is below our recommended dpi resolution.

We send digital proof with every order, except where item options/specifics are pre-selected on the product page, prior to production upon request only in order to speed up the processing of your order. Please request a proof when checking out or contacting us.  If you decide to make alterations to your artwork, change your design or provide a new artwork file or image, you will be charged up to £5 per hour to the nearest 30minutes to cover our additional setup fees.

Prices

​

The price for the Products will be the price indicated on your Invoice.

VAT is not currently applicable.

Delivery costs, where applicable, are payable by you as indicated on your Invoice.

 

Paying for Your Products

​

Payment accepted by PayPal only.

You must pay in the currency as indicated on your Invoice.

​

We will send request for payment, your Invoice, and Products to you at the billing address indicated on your Order Confirmation. We may, however, only send the documents by e-mail where you have indicated an e-mail address on your Order Form.

 

Delivery of Your Products

We will deliver your Products to the delivery address as shown on your Order Confirmation, providing the delivery address is in the EU, Switzerland, mainland Europe, the United States of America, Canada or Australia.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to manufacture your Products within 14 working days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation. Generally orders are completed within 3-4 working days.

Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you on despatch of the Products from our premises, providing full settlement has been made for the Products. RC Decals accepts no responsibility for loss of Products while in transit with the postal system(s) or courier companies.

Upon delivery of the Products to our carrier we will send you a confirmation of shipment by e-mail provided you have indicated an e-mail address on the Order Form.

The Customer may choose to have Products sent by post and accepts full responsibility for any loss incurred by the postal services. Items sent by post cannot be tracked once they have entered the postal system. Should you wish for tracking extra postage will incur.

UK rate start from £0.80 with 1-2 working days for delivery not tracked

International rate start from £1.65 with 3-7 working days for delivery not tracked

UK rate start from £1.80 with 1-2 working days for delivery signed

International rate start from £6.70 with 3-7 working days for delivery tracked & signed

Upon entering into a contract, you agree to comply with all Export Laws.

 

Returns

​

Goods faulty on arrival

Any goods faulty on arrival must be reported to RC Decals within 7 days. When the product is received back by RC Decals the fault will be verified and the product will be replaced or refunded less the cost of postage.

 

Non Faulty Returns

​

If you have changed your mind following purchasing goods from RC Decals it is possible to return goods for refund or exchange at the customers cost. RC Decals must be informed of the decision to return goods within 7 days of receipt by you. The goods to be returned must not be opened or used and must be in 'as new' condition when returned to us. Once RC Decals has been informed, you must return the goods within 7 days in order to receive a refund via the original payment method or an exchange for other goods. The refund will be less any postage charges incurred by RC Decals. Some goods are excluded from the returns option such as special order goods. If a seal on the goods packaging has been broken, 20% of the retail amount for the goods will automatically be deducted from the refund.

 

Returning Goods

Before any items are returned to RC Decals please ensure you have done the following:

 

1) Return in the original external packaging as received by you.
2) Ensure that the full address listed below is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
3) Do not under any circumstances write on the original goods box or packaging.
4) Securely seal the packaging using a similar method as per the original delivery.
5) RC Decals will not be held liable for any packages lost or damaged in transit.

 

All returns are done at the purchaser's risk.

Please note that it is not possible to return or cancel goods specially ordered for you, unless they are faulty. In these cases the above faulty goods procedure must be adhered to.
